As normal the comment started at the point of Go, I the negotiator was blamed for being late even after the navigator said depart time was 08:30 I got to the departure point at 08:15 to much commenting from the other 3 gentlemen( and I use this term very lightly),We set of and met up with Ken ( Not the navigator ) at Langebaan weg and headed towards Clanwillam , over the captains kloof pass,
Here the first casualty of the trip was my top-box purchased from big boy scooters, ( Please note Big boy boxes are for pizza delivery only and not adventure tours) with kens assistance we strapped the box to the bike and moved on , only to find Ant the navigator parked down the road with Greg (now know as the navigators assistant),and the Honda with a flat back tyre, with every bodies assistance we attempted to put tyre weld in to the tyre to no avail as can be seen by the pictures the tube was totally blown out
No further mishaps were recorder for the rest of the road to Clanwillam, we had a great burger at McGlee`s in Clanwillam and headed out towards our next destination the Gannaga Pass (I thinks that’s how you spell it pass), 
However before we got there Kens` auxiliary fuel tank and Greg’s Fancy BMW!!! Top box came loose and spread all the contents across the road (greg was not aware that his Top box had gone A.w.a.l.), We rode up the pass which as brilliant and then moved on to the Mddilposs hotel where we met up with Angus (now also the navigators 2nd Assistant), After much banter and numerous beers we were allocated our rooms much to the amusement of all the hotel is very old with very old fixtures and fitting, but great food and good people a great place to stop.
